Cetiri select $185

The Cetiri Everything consists of several targeted treatments designed to kickstart your complexion and minimize signs of aging, including pigmentation, skin laxity and dryness. We begin with a thorough conversation about your concerns and goals to create a fully tailored facial experience. The Everything is designed to activate the circulatory system through deep tissue massage and Gua Sha, energizing the deeper layers of the dermis to improve the overall look and health of the skin. This facial includes 15 minutes under an LED (light emitting diode) to stimulate collagen synthesis, improve blood flow and target pigmentation.  We finish with a tailored micro-current treatment to lift and tone. *Extractions will be performed if needed

Cetiri EVERYTHING $200

Designed to correct a wide range of skin concerns, Light Therapy Treatment is a non-invasive complexion corrector aimed at helping alleviate everything from redness to sun damage. After a detailed conversation about your personal skincare goals, we will tailor the light therapy to fit your individual needs. The treatment begins with a deep oil cleansing, followed by a gentle enzymatic gel cleanse and stimulating honey tapping to ensure maximum absorption of the light. The LED will be applied to the face for 30 minutes, followed by a soothing aloe gel + Gua Sha massage and an application of customized oils to protect the skin's barrier and leave your skin deeply hydrated.

This advanced treatment is designed to activate facial muscles to contour, lift and firm the face, neck and jawline. The gentle microcurrent stimulates from the outside in, helping to replenish, strengthen and repair. Overly tightened muscles relax while under-worked muscles regain their strength, creating visible, rejuvenating results. We start with a detailed discussion about your skincare goals to perfectly tailor the microcurrent treatment, then move into a lymphatic cleanse, toning and lifting massage and hot towel compress. This is followed by the microcurrent treatment, which concludes with a custom mask and application of hydrating serum + oil to nourish and protect. 

Acupuncture - Initial Appointment$120.00

Your first visit involves an in-depth conversation about your health history and priorities. I will take your pulse and look at your tongue and ask you lots of questions. You will be asked to fill out a fairly lengthy intake form in advance of this visit. If you’re new to acupuncture, I build in extra time to make sure you’re comfortable and have all your questions answered.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture – Returning Clients $120.00

By creating micro-traumas and increasing circulation in the tissues of the face, facial acupuncture can be very supportive for your skin care goals. These follow up appointments are available after an initial appointment with me, and involve a detailed check in and questions, pulse and tongue check, and lots of time to rest. Light Therapy can be added to these treatments.

Your Community Acupuncture

For groups of 2-3 people who are interested in experiencing the benefits and lower price of community acupuncture. Given Cetiri’s intimate space, I am offering this as a single booking for groups who know each other and are comfortable receiving treatments in a shared space with minimal privacy. 105-120 minutes from start to finish. Group members can arrive all together to relax in the studio or stagger their arrival and departure times by 20 minute intervals. More information will be provided upon booking.

Katie (she/her) is a registered acupuncturist, trained and working in Tkaronto/Toronto. She has been curious about acupuncture for over a decade, and regular treatments – particularly in community acupuncture settings – have helped her to shift painful emotional patterns and move through very challenging periods in her life. Katie is grateful to be able to offer acupuncture to people who are facing hard things of all kinds.

Acupuncture can provide gentle and effective support for wide ranging emotional and physical disharmonies – including but not limited to nervous system dysregulation, stress, sleep issues, skin and complexion issues, digestive imbalances, emotional trauma, menstrual and fertility issues, and pain.

  • Our cozy studio is open-concept, which means we may be finishing a treatment when you arrive. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, and be mindful of other clients that may be finishing a treatment.

  • The studio is located at College and Margueretta. It is accessible by the College street car or the Lansdowne bus.

    Residential street parking is available on nearby side streets. Parking on College St. is unavailable during rush hour.

  • Cetiri is located on the ground floor with one step up to the entryway.

    Our washroom is located on the ground floor, and it is quite small.
